You're a new 3PL. Are you up and running yet?
We're setting up now. Our warehouse management system is ready and we're securing our warehouse space. We're talking with founding clients so their onboarding is planned and ready from day one. We'll always be straight with you about timing.
Is there a minimum number of orders?
We're built for small and growing businesses, so we're flexible. Tell us your volumes and we'll be upfront about whether we're a good fit.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. We don't do lock-in contracts. We'd rather keep your business by doing a good job.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on how many products you have and how you sell. Typically we connect your store, agree on how you want orders packed, then receive and check your stock. We'll give you a clear timeline before you commit.
Which platforms do you connect to?
Our WMS connects with major e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WooCommerce, along with marketplaces. Orders come in automatically and tracking goes back to your customers. Ask us about your specific setup.
How will I know how much stock I have?
You'll be able to see stock levels in real time through our WMS. We'll also let you know when a product is running low, so you're not caught out.
Do you handle returns?
Yes. We receive returns, inspect them and either restock them or set them aside for your decision, depending on what you prefer.
Who will I actually deal with?
The founders, Tony and Jonathan. As a founding client you'll have a direct line to the people running the business.
